Since my childhood I found myself connected to yoga.  My nature, thinking and views supported my yoga practices. But formally my Yoga journey started during my graduation. One day there was a circular on the  notice board of my college about an institute of  yoga classes, till then I didn't exactly know what yoga is but was so much attracted towards it, that very day I went to the related office to get the application form to get the admission. The concerned  people refused to give me the application form after knowing that I am a graduation first year student and asking for a post graduation application form. They were surprised and told me that  for this form I will have to wait for 3 years, until I complete my graduation. I still argued " No I want it now, I can not wait for 3 Years, its too long a time." but…... Then one of my friend helped me out with this. He told me more about the courses and the institutes and gave me a book of yoga from Asharambapu ji, it was a basic yoga guiding book which proved to be very helpful. After this, I started my regular practice from the book and followed the instructions very carefully, but some mistakes were sure to be made without a teacher. I practiced Shoulder stand and plough pose for a  longer duration without its counter pose, due to which I had a little problem in my Cervical region. After completing my graduation and self yoga practice for two years i got through the entrance examination of Dev Sanskriti Viswavidhyalaya (University) Haridwar and did my Post Graduate Diploma in yoga under trained teachers.
